  1. I host my pictures on my own server, so I can't help you with Blogger. I've heard though that you can host your pictures on Flickr. The html code to pull them in from another server is easy enough. Let me know if Blogger doesn't fix the problem and I'll help you figure out how to host the pictures elsewhere. ;o)

  2. Just a thought, but are you using Blogger's new text editor? They just gave me the chance to switch over a few days ago. Perhaps that has something to do with the problem.

  3. I am using the new editor, I tried to switch back to the old one once, and took me forever to get it back!
It had been letting me post just fine, off of my comp, then yesturday in the middle of my post I got the error message??
Blogger changed the pic post page, things are different, may take me awhile to straighten this out! Grrrrrrr it was really easy before!!

  4. You know, I had that trouble a few days back. It sometimes happens if I try to upload pictures too late at night. I always just wait and do it the next day and it all works then. Maybe try tomorrow and it will sort itself out.

  5. I've been getting a lot of request timeouts. The only way I can upload is to do one picture at a time and it has to be under 10 MB.

  6. OK, so I did try to switch back to the old editor, no change, still cant upload photos.
So I did further research, and it seems I may have used up all of my "free" photo space. So I purchased more, 20gb for $5, from Google. We will see, it will take up to 24 hours for the new storage to be available.
$5 is a small price to pay for the enjoyment I have gotten out of this blog, and meeting all of you!!!

  7. OK I am all downloaded with picassa now, it loads really fast, I am so used to taking all my pics directly off of my comp. it ads the extra step of uploading the pics to picassa and them I can get them on my blog.
I do have the 20GB of storage on picassa too!
