Sunday stills, Food

Home made Turkey and tortellini soup, with carrots and celery and onion, which I made for dinner tonight. It turned out really good!  With all the holidays and going out for Hubby's birthday last night, I needed something lighter to eat. Yes I said Hubby's birthday, he is 43 now! He is a whole year older than me now, he he he, (my turn is coming LOL) We ate at Claim Jumper restaurant last night, boy was it good! Wow, thats all I can say, and we really did waddle out of there LOL. I had a Jamaican jerk chicken sweetpotato, it wasnt what I expected but man was it good. Baked sweetpotato with the jerked chicken, papaya, green onion, cilantro etc, on top on the baked sweetpotato, it had so many flavors going on, did I say it was good! I have never had Jamaican type food before, I will try some again!

Holiday cookies, the texture is cool I thought.
(Katherine, I dont know where I got the horse cookie cutter, I have had it forever)

  3. LOL Brittany, I dont have a recipe! I made it all from scratch, with home canned turkey and carrots, celery, onion, a little brocoli, chicken boulion, and spices to taste, garlic, salt, and some Italian spices. Hope that helps! I cook a lot without any recipe.
